These sample menus are a general guide and can of course be mixed allowing you to create your own unique menu, we will cost your chosen final menu accordingly. A full range of starters, main courses and desserts are listed on the next page. Any quotes given will include all staff to cook and serve, white linen tablecloths& napkins, all crockery, cutlery, and Vat. Extra’s may be glass hire if supplying your own wines, heavy duty cooking equipment depending upon your venue.
